Jam Camp’s rules and regulations

The camp includes beginners and advanced classes. Participants are divided up according to age and level (the latter being assessed by our Technical Direction).

Accommodation for the participants will be indicated by Icaro Events which will make sure that all the necessary services are available. Theoretical and practical lessons will take place outdoors and/or in the gym and/or indoors in other suitable locations.

Participants are requested to arrive at the agreed upon location and at the time specified on our website www.jamcamp.it.

In order to apply you will need: a) application forms (online); b) deposit; c) health certificate; d)identity card of a parent

The application fee is indicated on our website www.jamcamp.it. It includes the deposit and is intended for one participant. The fee does NOT include any extra (e.g. personal phone calls) besides the services indicated.

It is included in the fee and is intended for one participant. The deposit will be returned in case of cancellation up to 14 days before the selected edition of the Camp. In case of cancellation after this date, no refund will be possible.

In case of cancellation, participants will be entitled to a refund of the paid amount. Only the deposit may be retained by the organization following the rules detailed above (07). No refund will be possible for participants who: do not show up the first day - quit after the beginning of the Camp - do not provide the relevant health documentation - are expelled from the Camp. Any intention to cancel must be communicated in writing via email to the address indicated on our website (www.jamcamp.it) under "Info".

Any serious violation of the Camp's rules, including damage to the facilities, lack of respect for coaches or assistants, disrespectful behaviour in class or during free time, will result in actions deliberated by the organization on a case by case basis. These actions may include the participant's expulsion and/or a refund request for the relevant damages (when applicable).

The Organization has the right to cancel the Camp with no obligations except for the communication to the participants in due time and the refund of the fees that have already been paid.

The Organization has the right to modify the Camp's program if the circumstances require it.

The Camp's Organization will not be responsible for the loss of objects, theft, damages and injuries occurring before, during, and after the Camp. The Organization will be responsible only within the terms defined by the insurance.

Upon signing up, the participants agree to authorize the Organization to use the personal information included in the application, according to the law D.Lgs. 196/2003 (ex L. n. 675/1996).

Upon signing up, the participants agree to authorize the Organization (i.e.. Icaro Events and partners) to use all the audio-video material acquired during the Camp.

Organization and logistics (i.e. transportation, hotel, etc) is carried out by Icaro Events, while all the sports and educational activities are carried out by A.S.D. Jam Camp.

The organizing company reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, not to accept registrations.
