JAM CAMP 2025 in SALSOMAGGIORE TERME
After the great success of the new Back To Sport format, proposed for the first time in 2020, in the excellent location of Salsomaggiore Terme, this year the Salsomaggiore stage will be dedicated exclusively to volleyball, doubling the availability of places in the week of July 13-19.

A Record Week
In Salsomaggiore, from July 13 to 19, there will be 230 places available with the presence of Champions and Coaches of Serie A.

A week dedicated to improving the mastery of the technical gesture, deepening the fundamentals of the volleyball game in relation to your starting technical level (Initiation, Competitive, Master), and above all a week full of enthusiasm, of new friendships, sharing the passion for your sport in an exciting and stimulating event, in a welcoming and positive context with the quality of Jam Camp Academy.

The Format Back To Sport will confirm the physical reactivation and injury prevention sessions, given the success of these 5 years.

A few kilometers from the Fidenza motorway exit, Salsomaggiore is located at the foot of the green hills of the Parma Apennines in a suggestive and picturesque geographical position, easily reachable thanks to the efficient road and rail links.

The technical program
Initial, Competitive, Master: Choose "your" Jam Camp. A program tailored to the needs of each camper, to ensure maximum effectiveness of the work carried out.

During their stay at the Camp, the boys and girls, organized in groups of 12/14, divided according to age and ability, will be entrusted to federal technicians and instructors of proven ability and seriousness, and will be constantly followed during the technical lessons and free time (2 instructors for each group).

JAM CAMP (Initial and Competitive)

It includes lessons and training aimed at improving the technique of each individual participant, based on their starting technical background. Suitable for both the youngest and those who are just getting started with volleyball, as well as for those who play at a competitive level and want to improve their technical background (The Competitive Camp includes approximately 5 hours of training per day)

JAM CAMP MASTER

Intensive individual specialization camp, includes work sessions and extra training, with individual and role specialization activities, video analysis and in-depth analysis of both individual fundamentals and the tactical level of the game, with theoretical technical/tactical lessons in the classroom aimed at this age group; an even more in-depth work that involves the kids for 7/8 hours of activity per day.
Participation is reserved for those born between 2006 and 2011 up to a maximum of 42 kids.

The technical program of the Jam Camp in Salsomaggiore Terme is enriched with a PHYSICAL REACTIVATION program, to prepare the kids for the new sports season after months of forced absence from training. The program, which will be calibrated according to age groups, includes:

INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM
Activities organized in free time
At the end of the technical activity, the kids will be able to enjoy themselves and relax in the pool, always under the discreet supervision of the instructors. In turns, the groups will have a morning/afternoon with organized activities in the pool with a training session on the beach volleyball court.

Every evening, a themed evening and/or walk will be organized in the most characteristic places of the historic center of Salsomaggiore: Entertainment, Music, Minigolf, All Star Game

If you want to participate in the double shift in Marina di Carrara from July 5th to 11th and in Salsomaggiore Terme from July 13th to 19th without interruptions, we are organizing a package that will include the two extra nights, a trip and the transfer from one location to the other.
