Campers’ health and safety are our first priority
Safety and wellbeing of our athletes have always been our utmost concern: every moment of the day is organized in detail and there is continuing monitoring of the campers’ activities.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Doctors and health providers at Jam Camp are available 24/7 and are accommodated in the same structure that hosts the campers. They are available to coordinate with the families via phone when necessary. The structure provides all the medical equipment needed in case of emergencies, including a defibrillator.
A certified nurse and physical therapist are always present on the courts during training.
CONTINUOS CARE
During the day coaches and instructors escort the athletes in every sport and entertainment activity, while a dedicated portion of the staff ensures nightime presence in the village.
Dedicated staff is always available to address individual issues of each participant with care and attention.
We are equipped to welcome and address every need connected with allergies and intolerances.
